ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients. The role involves consultative outreach to decision-makers and business owners, building a book of business, closing sales, and cultivating relationships with clients and internal partners. It offers virtual appointments, no travel, a Monday–Friday schedule, high-quality sales training, uncapped commission, and promotional opportunities. A college degree is not required, but applicants need either two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship; military experience is also acceptable.
