Peraton is seeking a Digital Services Technical Lead (DevSecOps & Cloud Transformation) to drive modern software practices and implement technology transformation initiatives. The role involves leading initiatives, advocating for DevSecOps methodology, and collaborating with diverse technical teams to innovate and improve processes. Key responsibilities include driving software development maturity, assessing impacts and risks, responding to RFIs, troubleshooting enterprise/cloud platform issues, and ensuring standardization and efficiency within technical engineering teams.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 8 years of experience building/operating on AWS, networking, IT Security tools, databases and tools.
Hands-on technical expertise in DevSecOps, security, automation, application development, databases, implementation, integration, and release management.
Real world experience with establishing and maturing application development and CICD towards progressive delivery.
Experience with Gitlab CICD including enabling environments, feature flags, and DORA Metrics aggregation.
Strong analytical acumen, solid technology experience, business judgment, and an ability to dive deep to solve complex problems.
