Description
The Digital S/W Engineer Group Manager leads and manages a team or multiple teams of software engineers, overseeing people, budget, planning, performance, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, deploying, and improving software components and products; reviewing design and code; managing software delivery quality; improving SDLC processes; and providing insights to senior leaders. It requires extensive software development and delivery experience, strong technical knowledge across modern and legacy technologies, cloud, APIs, microservices, testing, and Agile practices, along with a bachelor’s or university degree.
