Description
The Digital S/W Engineer Group Manager leads and manages one or more software engineering teams and multiple delivery areas, overseeing people, budget, planning, performance, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, deploying, and improving software components and products; reviewing design and code; managing SDLC processes; and delivering high-quality, secure, maintainable software. It requires extensive software development and delivery experience, strong technical knowledge across modern and legacy technologies, cloud, APIs, microservices, testing, and Agile practices, along with a bachelor’s degree.
