Citi is hiring a Senior AI/ML & Agentic AI Engineer for its Engineering Excellence and Transformation organization in Jacksonville, Florida. The role leads the design, development, deployment, and optimization of AI/ML, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions, including AI assistant tools, LLMs, RAG systems, and autonomous decision-making systems. Responsibilities span Python and Java development, cloud deployment, CI/CD, database design, observability, security, compliance, and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires at least six years of progressive software engineering and AI/ML experience, including five years focused on generative and agentic AI, and offers a full-time salary range of $125,600 to $188,400 plus benefits.
