Description
The Digital Software Engineering Lead Analyst is a full-time technical leadership role responsible for driving large-scale application development, architectural guidance, design and code reviews, CI/CD and design-pattern adoption, risk management, and mentoring software development engineers. The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, strong core Java and enterprise application expertise, cloud and distributed-systems knowledge, and familiarity with Citi’s NGA and Next Gen Architecture projects.
