Description
The employer is hiring a senior Digital Solutions Architect- GeoScada for a six-month contract with potential extension. The role is remote but requires availability to support EST or CST time zones and willingness to travel approximately 25% to customer sites. Responsibilities include designing and deploying SCADA and industrial automation solutions, integrating historians and PLC/RTU systems, developing custom scripts, testing and commissioning systems, performing upgrades, and mentoring engineering team members. Required expertise includes Client Geo SCADA, AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA PI, Ignition SCADA, SCADA architecture, data modeling, OPC/Modbus/DNP3/JSON/REST/XML integration, SQL, PLC programming, and SCADA/HMI screen development.
