Reed in Partnership is hiring a Digital Solution Lead to lead the implementation and transition to live service of the North Sea Jobs digital solution. The role coordinates internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders; manages supplier performance and commercial relationships; oversees integrations, technical and business readiness, risks, go-live planning, service KPIs, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. It is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term role with a £50,000–£60,000 base salary and benefits, and requires experience delivering digital solutions, managing suppliers and stakeholders, and applying project, risk, compliance, and change-management principles.
