Townsquare Ignite is hiring a remote Digital Solutions Manager based in North Dakota to provide cross-platform full-funnel digital marketing solutions, develop new business, manage client relationships, interpret performance reports, and coach the sales team. The role requires digital sales experience, knowledge of digital marketing products and research tools, strong communication skills, and a BA/BS degree. Compensation includes a $70,000–$80,000 base salary and $175,000–$225,000 total compensation, with uncapped commission, health, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k).
