Townsquare Ignite is hiring a Digital Solutions Manager to provide cross-platform full-funnel digital marketing solutions and grow digital business with advertisers in local communities. The role owns pipeline management, new-business development, client relationships, campaign recommendations, pre- and post-sale delivery, and coaching of the sales team. Candidates need a proven digital sales record, at least two years of digital sales experience, a BA/BS degree, and PowerPoint and Excel experience; IAB certification is preferred. The position offers a Maine base pay range of $70,000–$80,000 USD and a year-one total compensation range of $175,000–$225,000 USD, plus uncapped commission, health, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, and retirement benefits.
