Townsquare Ignite is hiring a hybrid Digital Solutions Manager to sell and manage full-funnel digital marketing solutions for local businesses and agencies. The role owns pipeline and sales goals, develops new business, manages client relationships, interprets performance data, and coaches the sales team. Candidates need a proven digital sales record, at least two years of experience, a BA/BS degree, and PowerPoint and Excel skills; IAB certification is preferred. The position offers a New Jersey base pay range of $70,000–$80,000 USD and total compensation of $175,000–$225,000 USD.
