The role involves developing specialized knowledge, creating change strategies, winning client buy-in, collaborating with BCG teams, and addressing strategic questions about AI, data and analytics, digital platforms, and agile delivery. Candidates should have at least four years of experience in consulting, technology or digital strategy, a bachelor's degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and flexibility to travel within the ANZ and Asia Pacific regions.
