Description
Carrier is hiring participants for its two-year Digital Technology Leadership Program, an immersive leadership development experience for high-potential college graduates. The program consists of three eight-month rotations across Carrier’s Digital organization, including Climate Solutions, Transportation, data and AI, digital products, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Participants will work with senior leaders, own end-to-end projects, build solutions using enterprise systems and emerging technologies, collaborate across disciplines, and present results to Digital leadership. Applicants must be 2026 or 2027 graduates in a relevant field, eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, have a GPA of at least 3.0, and be able to relocate for rotations. The annual salary is $53,000 to $106,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
