Wellendorff is seeking a Digital Transformation & Artificial Intelligence specialist to design, develop, and implement digital solutions across CRM, ERP, customer-journey automation, and data-driven processes. The role involves hands-on technical work, intelligent networking of systems, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and contributing to the company’s digital and AI roadmap. Candidates should have a relevant degree, programming and systems knowledge, strong communication skills, and very good German and good English skills; prior production or manufacturing experience is advantageous.
