The role is based at HMG Paints’ headquarters in Manchester, involves regular travel to the University of Salford, and requires a relevant graduate qualification, systems integration or digital transformation experience, database and reporting knowledge, and strong stakeholder-management skills. The Associate will work with HMG Paints’ IT team, business functions, and academic experts to deliver operational improvements and lasting organisational change.
