Devoteam is hiring a Change Manager to support a large enterprise client’s adoption of Dynatrace observability tools. The role owns the change management strategy, communication and training plans, workshops, learning materials, adoption metrics, and reporting. Candidates need a higher education degree, at least five years of Change Manager experience on digital transformation projects, knowledge of change management methodologies and observability tools, IT and DevOps understanding, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and fluent English.
