The position focuses on digital technologies, predictive maintenance, IoT solutions, CMMS administration, equipment monitoring, failure prediction, automation, and cross-functional projects involving IT, operations, and plant teams. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field, maintenance or operations experience, CMMS experience, IoT and data analytics knowledge, project management and problem-solving skills, process improvement knowledge, communication and stakeholder-management abilities, and English fluency.
