NetGO Inc. is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead/SME to lead and plan new IT roadmaps incorporating emerging technologies. The role involves implementing and launching new technologies to automate and improve current systems and processes. The Digital Transformation SME will support the Program Manager, provide technical guidance, participate in governance forums, develop new processes, lead discussions, build consensus with business partners, and influence decisions around customer digital engagement and digitization of touchpoints.
