Lam is hiring a Digital Transformation Program Manager to lead large-scale PLM and business-process modernization initiatives from planning through deployment and stabilization. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners; manages budgets, risks, governance, and resources; leads process redesign and change adoption; and supports deployment readiness and post-go-live activities. Candidates should have extensive PLM implementation and transformation experience, including Siemens Teamcenter or equivalent platforms, engineering change management, product data and bill-of-materials management, NPI, and cross-functional manufacturing, supply chain, and quality integration. The position offers hybrid On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work models and a California San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $114,000 to $253,000.
