Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Digital Transformation Program Manager focused on smart factory, robotics, and automation. The role leads large, complex manufacturing and supply-chain transformation projects from ideation through implementation, manages budgets and stakeholders, coordinates internal and external teams, and evaluates emerging technologies. It requires a first-level university degree, at least seven years of project management or related experience, PMP certification, and expertise in ERP/MES systems, Industry 4.0, robotics, data analysis, and integration technologies. The position is hybrid, with an expectation of working two days per week from an HPE office in Singapore.
