Coderio is hiring a Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead end-to-end digital transformation and channel modernization projects in the banking sector. The role coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages schedules and dependencies, facilitates Scrum and Kanban, aligns internal and external stakeholders, prepares executive reports, and supports agile and technology-roadmap execution. Candidates need at least three years of project-management experience in banking, fintech, or insurance, agile leadership experience, proficiency with project-management tools, and must reside in the CABA or GBA area for a hybrid arrangement based in the Microcentro area.
