AOP Health is hiring a Digital Transformation Project Manager / Lead in Vienna to select and implement a new electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and support the company’s digital transformation. The role leads project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholder coordination, governance, validation, training, data migration, user adoption, delivery, and operational handover, while identifying further digital transformation opportunities. Candidates need a university degree in a relevant field, at least five years of experience in digital transformation, project management, consulting, or business partnering, and experience in regulated industries; GxP and computer system validation knowledge is advantageous. The position offers a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 45,080 and benefits including home office, flexible hours, a company car, and various allowances.
