Digital Workplace Architect at Select

Select Water Solutions is hiring a full-time Digital Workplace Architect to own the organization’s Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Search, and Power Platform governance. The role establishes secure, scalable architectures and standards, leads content modernization and AI enablement, partners with cybersecurity, legal, compliance, and records management, and uses PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, APIs, and automation to improve governance, operations, and platform standardization. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and hands-on enterprise Microsoft 365 experience are required; the position works Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
