Sword is hiring a Digital Workplace Consultant to design, deliver, migrate, and optimise Microsoft 365 workplace solutions for customers. The role combines customer discovery and workshops, solution architecture, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID implementation, security and compliance, migration programmes, technical documentation, pre-sales support, and mentoring. Candidates need proven Microsoft 365 consulting and delivery experience, knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads and identity management, migration experience, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and relevant Microsoft certifications; regulated-industry, scripting, and additional Microsoft certifications are desirable.
