The role designs and develops the digital workplace, plans, configures, and deploys applications and operating-system settings using Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune, resolves system disruptions, provides second-level application support, and independently drives IT projects. It requires IT-specialist or comparable training, knowledge of Windows 11, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Android, software-distribution experience, and lifecycle and patch-management knowledge.
