Description
The Client Engineer III (Digital Platforms) develops, configures, deploys, and supports AI-powered agents, agentic workflows, applications, automations, integrations, and digital workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNow. The role partners with business stakeholders, establishes governance and best practices, provides technical guidance and mentoring, supports implementation and change management, and evaluates emerging technologies. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of professional experience, and two years of experience with Microsoft AI solutions and Copilot Studio agents in a governed enterprise environment; Microsoft AI or Copilot certifications and relevant experience are preferred.
