Description
HARMAN is hiring a Digital Workspace Manager in Łódź, Poland to lead endpoint management and workplace technology services for employees worldwide. Reporting to Michal Strzelecki, the role owns the strategy, architecture, roadmap, operational delivery, security, compliance, software deployment, patching, device lifecycle, and modernization of Microsoft Intune and Apple device management environments. The manager will lead and develop a team of five or more professionals, guide onsite IT support teams, manage vendors, establish service metrics, and lead workplace technology initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of endpoint management experience, people leadership experience, and strong expertise with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Windows, and macOS. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Łódź office, and offers an annual gross base salary of PLN 210,000–330,000 plus possible variable compensation.
