Kleines Kraftwerk is hiring a Digital Workspace Manager / KI N8n Agent Developer to build and maintain an internal digital workplace using AI and automation. The role develops tool landscapes, provides internal technical support, tests and evaluates new technologies, creates and optimizes AI-driven workflows, integrates systems through APIs and webhooks, introduces and supports new tools, and ensures responsible, secure, and GDPR-compliant use of AI. The position requires IT experience focused on AI and automation, solution-oriented thinking, user-centered implementation, and the ability to document and structure technical processes.
