The role analyzes and optimizes insurance processes, maps them digitally in PRAECURA, plans and implements digitization projects, translates business requirements into digital solutions, coordinates with group contacts and insurers, supports claims and administrative staff, documents technical errors, and helps roll out new features. Candidates should have insurance-sector training or a comparable qualification, knowledge of insurance and broker processes, strong digital and process-rethinking skills, MS Office proficiency, and fluent German.
