Forenede Care is hiring a full-time Digitalization Project Manager in Malmö to lead strategic digitalization projects from planning through implementation, benefits realization, and handover. The role manages business and support systems, automation, AI-based solutions, process improvements, change management, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, suppliers, and stakeholders, with a focus on delivering sustainable solutions in health and social care. Applicants need at least five years of experience leading digitalization projects or system implementations, complex-organization project management, change management, requirements and supplier management, and relevant university-level education or equivalent work experience.
