Roush is hiring a Dimensional Analyst Lead Senior in Dearborn, Michigan to lead and support component dimensional analysis using CMM equipment and 3D laser scan data. The role produces analysis reports for engineering and test customers, mentors team members, manages scheduling and tool calibration, troubleshoots CMM software and hardware, and resolves customer and internal issues. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least four years of dimensional analysis or coordination experience, four years of CMM, CAD, or related experience, six months of informal leadership experience, and strong knowledge of CATIA, Teamcenter, and PolyWorks.
