Description
The Dimensional Metrology Engineer serves as the primary interface with customers and internal teams for dimensional requirements, leading dimensional control processes from program launch through series production. The role operates and supports CMM and Hexagon measurement systems, analyzes dimensional data, leads root-cause analysis and corrective actions, drives quality improvement initiatives, and coordinates cross-functional activities. It requires an HR diploma or GED, preferably a two-year technical degree, and 7–10 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, including Zeiss/GOM programming and coordinate measurement reporting.
