Description
The Dimensional Inspector verifies the dimensional conformity of parts against customer tolerances and criteria. Responsibilities include measuring parts, interpreting results, performing dimensional and visual inspections, approving compliant operations and batches, conducting tribofinishing and balancing when needed, completing dimensional reports, performing first-level equipment maintenance, and maintaining a clean workstation. The role requires understanding work documents, passing the Jager visual acuity test, completing Level 1 and Level 2 dimensional training, reading drawings, communicating with other departments, and demonstrating manual dexterity, precision, autonomy, and teamwork.
