The role oversees culinary and café operations, inventory, menus, food cost, purchasing, P&L performance, sustainability, catering, and team development. Candidates need at least five years of culinary management experience in contract dining, fine dining, or high-volume upscale environments, along with client-partnership, cost-control, food safety, and exhibition-style cooking experience; ServSafe certification is required.
