Aramark is hiring a General Manager I for Asbury Solomons in Solomons, Maryland, to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services such as food service, facilities, custodial services, retail, lodging, and transportation. The role leads operational teams, manages client and community relationships, oversees budgets and financial performance, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, and drives service improvement. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is highly preferred, along with service-industry or hospitality experience, leadership experience, budgeting and financial analysis experience, and product-sales or operational-program experience. The salary range is $90,000 to $100,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
