The Dining Hall Supervisor supports day-to-day PantherDining operations at Georgia State University by supervising dining-hall staff, coordinating shifts, recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, inventory, food safety, supplier issues, and sustainability efforts. The role requires an associate's degree and three years of food service experience or a combination of education and related experience, along with physical ability to work in varying temperatures, lift 35 pounds, and work nights and weekends.
