The role involves setting up and maintaining the dining room, welcoming and seating guests, assisting with service, clearing and resetting tables, supporting breakfast, banquets, and events, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. The position requires knowledge of dining-room operations, customer service, hygiene and safety rules, excellent presentation, and English proficiency.
