Description
The Dining Room Lead will lead dining servers, provide resident-focused customer service, take orders, serve meals, assist residents, train and mentor staff, support scheduling and food-service operations, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role is full-time at Brandywine Living at Upper Providence, with an 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. schedule and pay of $17.00 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and at least one year of fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living experience is required.
