Description
The Dining Room Extra will serve customers in a section of the underwater restaurant, welcome and seat guests, take and manage orders, advise on food and beverages, handle payments and point-of-sale transactions, maintain stock and workspace, clean and close the section, and encourage customer reviews. The role requires dining-room service, point-of-sale, food and beverage knowledge, payment and inventory management, food safety, communication, organization, and at least 1 to 2 years of dining-room service experience; hospitality and catering qualifications are preferred.
