Food Workers Card or ServSafe Certification
Experience and/or training in nutrition, food preparation, safe food handling techniques and food service management.
Ability to hire, train and manage food service personnel and provide effective work direction.
Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
Experience in nutrition, food preparation and safe food handling
Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve
Ability to hire, train and provide leadership for Food and Dining personnel
Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite as well as the ability to learn new applications
Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
