Monarch Communities is hiring part-time or perdiem Dining Servers/Dishwashers to provide customer service, take dining orders, serve meals, assist residents with special requests, and perform dishwashing and dining-room sanitation. The role also includes food-handling safety, beverage and snack preparation, resident attendance documentation, special-event support, and compliance with applicable regulations. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of fine-dining hospitality or full-service senior-living experience, and experience working with seniors; the position pays $17.00–$17.25 per hour and offers paid time off, flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, an employee assistance program, and free parking.
