Description
The Dining Server provides customer service and meal service for residents and guests at Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living. Responsibilities include taking dining orders, serving meals, assisting with food preparation and beverage service, maintaining dining areas, ensuring safe food handling, tracking resident attendance, supporting special events, and following regulatory and community procedures. The role requires at least one year of fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living experience, experience working with seniors, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; a high school diploma is preferred and a GED is accepted. The position pays $16.00–$17.00 per hour and offers paid time off, a flexible schedule, on-the-job training, an employee assistance program, and free parking for part-time employees.
