Description
The Dining Services Supervisor assigns work to serving staff, serves residents and guests, evaluates associate performance, trains staff, maintains dining areas, and enforces food-safety and sanitation procedures. The role requires supervisory experience, customer-service and associate-relations skills, knowledge of hosting, busing, and food-service delivery, ServSafe certification, and at least five years of customer-related service experience including two years as a supervisor.
