Hive Collective is hiring a dinner-shift Server to provide high-quality guest service in a restaurant setting. The role involves explaining menu and beverage offerings, taking accurate POS orders, checking IDs, maintaining financial and cash records, delivering food and take-home items, handling guest feedback, maintaining table settings and cleanliness, following food-safety procedures, meeting sales goals, and building repeat guest relationships. The position requires strong communication, basic math and computer skills, attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to stand for 5–7 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
