The role implements the educational concept, designs educational processes, interacts professionally with children and young people, collaborates with families and external partners, maintains quality-development and reporting standards, and works flexible shift hours. Applicants need completed training in the specified social-educator or childcare/special-education qualifications, systemic-work competencies, and a driver’s license; further training as a Heilerziehungspfleger is desirable.
