Description
The Director of Capital will oversee capital processes, portfolios, and project execution for a manufacturing facility and two terminals in a chemical plant or refinery setting. The role manages project lifecycles from engineering design through procurement, construction, and turnover to manufacturing, including resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, quality, risk, change control, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. It requires at least 10 years of project management experience in the chemical or refining industry, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, stage-gate project experience, change-management skills, and the ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
