Description
TAPFIN is hiring a Director of Operations to manage the deployment and daily activities of a Contingent Workforce Solutions program for one major client or several smaller clients. The role oversees program planning, client satisfaction, reporting, P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, account growth, risk mitigation, and the hiring, training, and management of program staff. It requires seven years of program management experience and three years of P&L and supervisory experience.
