Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Director of Dining Services to lead dining services and culinary operations in an acute-care hospital. The role oversees food production, menu execution, food safety, regulatory compliance, patient and guest experiences, labor and cost management, budgeting, and the development of lead cooks, sous chefs, and frontline associates. Candidates need at least five years of progressive culinary leadership experience and three to five years of foodservice management experience; healthcare foodservice experience and relevant certifications are preferred.
