Description
Flik is hiring a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account, manage and develop a team, handle client relations, and ensure high-quality food, beverage, and hospitality experiences. The role includes food and beverage operations, guest services, staffing, inventory management, operational compliance, budget and labor performance monitoring, and special projects. Candidates need 2 to 4 years of food service, hospitality, or restaurant management experience, including team leadership and upscale hospitality experience; ServSafe certification is preferred. The position offers a salary of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, bonus potential, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, paid time off, and other programs.
