Description
The Dextro C&F Engineering Manager will lead the development and technology readiness of Dextro™ C&F, a mechatronics toolbox for Lam’s customers. The role manages the technology roadmap, resources, risks, costs, cross-functional teams, and direct reports; leads engineering and robotics initiatives; and applies physical AI, robotics, automation, and machine learning. It requires an engineering degree, extensive robotics and engineering experience, and management experience leading robotic or automation teams. The position is hybrid, with onsite work in a robotics lab and up to 10% international travel, and offers a San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $168,000 to $350,000.
